Enrich RSE is proud to deliver education that reflects good practice guidance such as The Sex Education Forums; ‘Principles of good RSE.’ RSE should provide an opportunity for exploration, expression, reflection and the important opportunity to dispel the (all too common) myths that can make the distinct differences between healthy and unrealistic expectations within relationships of all kinds.
Our aim is to give young people the chance to build their levels of resilience, know their self-worth and understand the importance of knowing and looking after their whole self (that’s right, their whole self…not just the parts that we feel comfortable talking about!)
We deliver this service in Hampshire and beyond.
More about Shannon
The ability to make fully informed decisions often leads to empowerment, improved levels of safety and overall, positive holistic health. All young people deserve this and I’m passionate about giving young people the space and opportunity to explore their options; free of judgment or bias.
I have delivered Relationships and Sex Education (RSE) since 2007 in both clinical and educational establishments across Hampshire and beyond. I have completed my RSE Accreditation to consolidate all of my learning and experience over the past decade. My professional background within public health, sexual health advising, domestic abuse and teenage pregnancy have all certainly shown me where and how we need to support our young people. Delivering tailor-made RSE packages and workshops is where the magic begins! It’s a huge privilege to work and support young people in this invaluable subject area. We all need to listen, respond and guide with an active listening ear and with integrity.
This HAS to be the start in delivering high-quality, relevant and effective sexual health education that allows individuals to make appropriate and relative decisions in relation to their everyday lives.
More about Ellie
As an Accredited RSE Facilitator, I’ve been working with young people for over a decade in both educational and community settings. My background as a nurse, including frontline work through the COVID-19 pandemic and 12 years of experience in health and social care, have shaped my understanding of the diverse needs and challenges that young people face today. I have worked across a wide range of environments — from A&E and neurology wards, to schools, youth charities, and substance misuse support — always bringing a holistic and compassionate approach to my work.
I cover all areas of relationships and sex education, including consent, inclusion, online safety, healthy relationships, equity, self-esteem and mental wellbeing. Sessions are tailored to the group I’m working with, and I take the time to connect with young people directly — getting to know how they learn best and adapting sessions to suit their needs, including SEND and external pressures like exams. I also offer workshops and interactive resources that encourage active discussion, reflection and scenario-based learning.
I’ve been working with Enrich since November 2023 and feel strongly that the combination of meaningful education, safe spaces and genuine connection is what allows young people to truly thrive. It’s not just about knowing the “right answers” — it’s about helping them build confidence, compassion and a stronger sense of self.
